Compliance Plan

For more than 40 years, our organization has worked for the betterment of the lives of the boys and girls and men and women we serve. We are committed to honesty and integrity at the highest level. Those are our shared values. To this end, we provide this important resource, the  CCBDD Code of Conduct, which details the ethical principles and legal responsibilities that guide our efforts. All board members, employees, contractors and volunteers are required to observe this Code of Conduct; abide by our policies, rules and regulations and conduct every action on behalf of our consumers in an ethical manner.
