Ages birth through two
Cuyahoga DD works in partnership with Bright Beginnings to provide Early Intervention services to children birth through age two who have either a medical diagnosis of a development disability or a developmental delay- a condition that exists when a child is not meeting developmental milestones.
To make a referral for Early Intervention services, call 216-698-7500. Bright Beginnings will contact you to assess your needs for Early Intervention services.

If you are a professional making a referral for a child under age three, please use the statewide referral portal available HERE.
Once a child is determined eligible for services, a team of early intervention professionals support the child and family. Members of the team include:
- A service coordinator from Bright Beginnings; and
- An occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist and a developmental specialist from Cuyahoga DD.
