*This is a new position and interested to hire several individuals to fill necessary busy day/night schedules. (see schedule(s) below)
Busser responsibilities include clearing tables of plates, glasses and silverware and cleaning tables.
This location receives a lot of business when there are events at Playhouse Square theaters so additional help is needed in the restaurant to help clear and clean tables to assist the wait staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers
- Place tableware and condiments on tables
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Theater Nights) 5-8p
Mornings (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Breakfast service 7a-11a
Pay
$11 per hour (plus tips)
