Description

Production personnel are responsible for the production, filling, and packaging of the manufacturing process.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality assurance of products
  • Filling & labeling of pails and drums
  • General preventative maintenance
  • Adherence to production procedures

ROLES

  • Count and packaging
    • Count items and place into prepared boxes
  • Boxing
    • Prepare and unfold boxes
    • Tape prepared boxes and place onto pallet

MISC INFORMATION

  • Count and packaging position can either be standing or sitting (boxing cannot)
    • Can accommodate a power chair with lift feature
  • Caulk packing line boxer should be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Drum packing line should be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • MANUFACTURING FACILITY
    • Produce item made with strong-smelling chemicals those with sensitive systems may find it overwhelming
    • Cold in the winter & hot in the summer
      • Heaters and fans are available
    • Workplace culture changing to positive due to new plant manager
      • Open to employees having a voice and ideas
      • Team atmosphere
      • Many safety and aesthetic features are in currently in play
    • RTA Bus Stop located with .50 walking distance to plant

Schedule

Full-Time and Split Shifts Available with 2 viable candidates

Company works 4 - 10 hour shifts (6a-4:30p) Monday-Thursday

Can also work: Monday-Thursday (7a-4:30p) and Friday (8a-4:30p) with the following Friday off

*2-Week Pay Schedule

Pay

$12+ Per Hour (Bonuses and Pay Raises Available)
