Provider Certification

About Provider Certification

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Provider. Prior to providing services to people with developmental disabilities, applicants (prospective providers) must first become certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). Applicants must complete training, meet qualifications, pay a non-refundable fee, and upload supporting documentation as a part of the DODD online application. An applicant is prohibited from providing any services until certification is obtained by DODD.
