Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience working as a cook or in a related role.
- Must obtain food safety certification
- Valid knowledge of basic principles in food prep, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Basic math and counting skills
- Interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Physical demands require lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, and/or extended walking and standing.
Job Duties:
- Essential functions may vary by business and client needs.
- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to guidelines and standardized recipes.
- Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
- Safely use different utensils - including knives
- Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use a variety of cooking methods on meat/vegetables/other foods
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Maintain excellent guest service
- Ensure the security of company assets.

Up to 30 hours (will accommodate hour restrictions)
Need: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Required: Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays
Season: Ends in October/November - potential for side work at other locations
