Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the highest level of customer service in line with CLE Clothing Co.’s expectations while balancing the completion of daily tasks
- Builds genuine relationships with customers
- Determines customer needs and offers suggestions and alternatives
- Practices proper phone etiquette
- Helps to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of the sales floor
- Upholds all company policies
- Contributes to the overall vibe at CLE Clothing Co. by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others and their time
Qualifications and Requirements
- Retail experience preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
