Service Technician

Inspect and maintain buildings, equipment, and safety systems regularly.

Prepare spaces for new occupants and manage supplies.

Handle emergency maintenance, including on-call duties.

   - Physical capability – Able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work with precision.

   - Communication and experience – Clear communication skills and prior relevant experience enhance effectiveness.
