Description

The Food Runner will be primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Clean-up, breakdown and set-up of buffets and food stations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are all highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seeking guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
