Description
Ensure that all surfaces, including dishes, countertops, and floors, are clean and sanitary.
Empty trash bins, sort and organize supplies, and dispose of waste according to company and authority standards.
Operate and maintain kitchen machines, such as pot-washing machinery, refrigerators, and storerooms.
Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, including food safety and dish handling.
May need to assist cooks and servers, and collaborate with other departments.
