CULINARY/BANQUETS -
KITCHEN - line cooks, prep for restaurant kitchen and banquets kitchen (2 separate kitchens)
RESTAURANT
HOST/HOSTESS - must be able to stand for duration of shift, greet guests, take them to their table and assign/notify server
SILVERWARE ROLLER/POLISHER & DRINKWARE POLISHER - polish and roll silverware into cloth napkins, polish drinkware after it has been washed (remove water spots)
BUSSER - clear, clean and reset tables in restaurant and for banquets
Organization is flexible to candidate availability (within reason and based on schedule needs). Must be willing to work weekends and an occasional holiday.
