Description

Production activities include but not limited to straightening of dough on pans or boards, feeding bread or bun pans on conveyors, feeding, retrieving or stacking empty pans to put back into system(s). 
Packaging activities include but not limited to feeding baked products into conveyor slots for slicing prior to bagging, placing finished packaged product in bread trays or corrugated box depending on packaging line. Bread racking and or palletizing. Possible re-wrapping of product and or labeling product.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pick up and carry a weight of, but not limited to, 50 pounds.
  • Work in high heat and humidity, cooler setting in the winter.
  • Ability to kneel, squat or bend/twist/turn at least 50% of the time.
  • Stand/Walk approximately 90% of the time
  • Efficient finger dexterity

RETENTION BONUS INFORMATION

Month 1 - $150

Month 2 - $150

Month 3 - $300

Month 4 - $400

Total - $1000

Schedule

6 Days/Week

1st Shift (nights) - 11p/12a (start time) - finished (8-10 hours)

2nd Shift (days) - 8a-9a (start time) - finished (8-10 hours)

Pay

$15 Per Hour ($1,000 retention bonus available)
