Description

  • Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Consistently complying with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
  • Portioning food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Following proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Handling, storing, and rotating all products properly.

Flexible within restaurant hours which are:

11:30a-9p Tuesday-Thursday

11a-8p Sunday

11:30a-10p Friday & Saturday

Closed Monday

Pay

$12 per hour
