Fan Engagement Specialist (PT)

Fan Engagement Specialists are responsible for creating an engaging experience for all Rock Hall guests while sharing their love of rock and roll to make sure we are providing the best quality service possible.  

This position is temporary for our very busy spring and summer season but could lead to a permanent part-time position or other Rock Hall opportunities. 

We are now accepting applications but won't start interviewing until late March or early April.

 Preferred experience in the following areas helpful

• Customer service      
• Knowledge and appreciation of Rock and Roll history 
• Desire to engage with our visitors     
• Strong verbal communication skills      
• Knowledge of downtown Cleveland area and activities      
• Bilingual capabilities a bonus    

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work rotating shifts and on short notice.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Able to pass a Rock Hall background check, drug screen, and reference check.

Must have COVID vaccination (2-shot)
