Fulfillment Associate (eCommerce) - FT

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, picking merchandise and materials, and packaging orders for shipment. To ensure we successfully satisfy our new Rock Hall Members, as a fulfillment associate, you should have a good eye for detail, and the ability to follow process procedures for domestic and international shipping and fulfillment. Accuracy, attention to detail, a resolution-oriented attitude, and clear communication with a cross functional team is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Fulfills incoming Membership orders in a timely manner.

• Reading and deciphering incoming orders.
• Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
• Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities, and notifying management of all QA issues.
• Packing the merchandise for delivery.
• Transporting the packed items to the delivery pickup area.
• Finalizing the work order and updating the database.
• Responsible for keeping stock and ordering of shipping materials and will generate creative ideas to incorporate our mission statement into the customer facing shipping materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 
• Adhering to state health and safety practices.

Performs other warehouse duties as needed. 

• Assists in receiving daily deliveries from vendors.
• Processes merchandise and counts, allocates, and confirms accuracy.
• Notifies management of all QA issues.
• Pull and pack product against weekly replenishment orders. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Retail or warehouse experience preferred. 
• Previous experience as a fulfillment associate a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret written orders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment with loud music and potential distractions.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Strong sense of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for music is required.
