Description
GSAs are responsible for all event-related Guest Services duties at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Interact with FieldHouse team members and guests/fans
Such positions include: ticket taker/scanner, seating usher, guest relations (answering questions) and premium seating/suites.
*This position will be cross trained during a month-long training program to find the best position suited for the person.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with guests, learn aspects of the arena (where restrooms are located, wayfinding to seating areas, etc).
*MUST be able to stand and move throughout the building.

Candidates are required to work a large percentage of Cavalier games and premium concerts. Will accept call-offs within reason. Cavs games are all evenings - expect to leave arena by 1030p - Arena located on bus line and safely connected to Rapid Transit located in Tower City.
*Parking included with employment
*RTA passes available for those who utilize public transportation
