Description
The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for the agency and is responsible for:
*Greeting visitors and providing impeccable customer service and support
*MUST HAVE Excellent Communication and Phone Skills/Independent Reasoning Skills
*MUST HAVE-Computer skills: Which include an ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail programs

Additional Details:
Answering calls and and responding to requests for information and referrals
Managing durable medical equipment program
Completing Long Term Service questionnaires and routing waiver requests to the appropriate agency
Coordinating all front desk activities
Providing administrative support throughout the agency.
Very supportive employer. Has hired multiple ECCC candidates in the past.
MUST be able to pass a background screening, and have reliable transportation
