Description
Major customer service center tasks Include:
- answering telephone and written Inquiries related to enrollment.
- Income verification.
- Financial assessments (Income testing) and Eligibility Issues.
- Performing on-line updates to Veteran information.
- Information, and managing correspondence and data.
Remote: This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week/8 hours per shift, hours of operation 6:45am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
Must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Perform data entry in an computer database.
- Respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers at all levels.
- Prepare and type letters, reports, tabulated data, and memorandums.
- Compile and maintain data for a variety of reports.
- Utilize clerical software programs to complete administrative duties (i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Skype).
