Description

Major customer service center tasks Include:

  • answering telephone and written Inquiries related to enrollment.
  • Income verification.
  • Financial assessments (Income testing) and Eligibility Issues.
  • Performing on-line updates to Veteran information.
  • Information, and managing correspondence and data.

Remote: This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week/8 hours per shift, hours of operation 6:45am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.

Must be able to perform the following tasks:

  1. Perform data entry in an computer database.
  2. Respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers at all levels.
  3. Prepare and type letters, reports, tabulated data, and memorandums.
  4. Compile and maintain data for a variety of reports.
  5. Utilize clerical software programs to complete administrative duties (i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Skype).
