Bedford Parks and Recreation: Line Dancing (Adaptive)

Ages 15+. Line Dance with Jaki at Ellenwood Center. This program will make you sweat while having a fun cardio experience to a variety of line dances. This program is for beginners and experienced dancers. Activities designed especially for individuals with physical, sensory or developmental disabilities. People of all abilities are welcome. Join on Mondays starting January 8th - February 19th (No Class on 1/15). Time 7 PM - 8 PM.
