Ohio Afterschool Enrichment Application Window

The Ohio Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account program provides qualifying families with a $1,000 credit per child. These funds can be used to pay for a variety of educational activities designed to help accelerate learning for children impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Allowable activities include before- or after-school programs, day camps, learning extension centers, curriculum and materials for homeschool families, educational/learning/study skill services, tuition for learning pods, language classes, music lessons, tutoring, etc. This program is available to any Ohio children ages 6 to 18 years old (who hasn't graduated from high school) who meet at least one of the residency, income, or government social program participation conditions. Parents and guardians must complete the ACE application to determine eligibility. To access the application, the parent or guardian must have an OH ID account. The application guide can be found at https://education.ohio.gov/getattachment/Topics/Other-Resources/Scholarships/ACE/Ohio-ACE-How-to-Apply/ACE-Application-Step-by-Step-Guide.pdf.aspx?lang=en-US The ACE application window for the 2023-2024 school year will open in July.
