Solon Community Center: Water Fit and Fun

Join us for a 40 minute class in the Solon Community Center Indoor Pool from 11 AM - 12 PM on Saturdays starting January 13th through February 17th. This activity will combine dumbbells and noodles to build a healthier mind and body. The class includes cardio, core-building and strength opportunities. All movements can be geared to each individual's needs. Designed to increase mobility, flexibility and build friendships. Ages 16+. Fee $45.
