JOB DUTIES
● Cleaning and sterilizing countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment
● Maintaining storage areas
● Receiving and organizing deliveries
● Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes
EXPECTATIONS
● Passion for delivering great service
● Previous experience as a steward
● Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines
● Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
